Weapon mods, replaceable?
Probably a stupid question, but hey. Can you replace weapon mods on an already modded weapon? I've been meaning to try but I keep selling my mods before I remember. X_x
And I might as well ask this while I'm here, no point making two threads; I need an opinion on what would be better, Rago's Flame Wand and The Kindlerock, or Rago's Flame Staff? Thanks. |

Yes you can put new upgrades - keeping in mind you LOSE the old upgrade when you do so.

Second Point: It depends! What are you looking for, better all around damage or an offhand for energy+the wand? It's all preference! --The Shim |

1) It'll just overwrite existing mod. i.e. putting a sunder axe haft on a Furious Battle Axe of Fortitude will overwrite the furious mod.
2) Rago Staff. |

ragos staff goes for 30-45k. Unless you really like the skin (which personally i think is crap) you can duplicate it. Exchange 5 giants jawbones for collector fire staff in the desert and mod with perfect insightful head and perfect staff wrap of enchanting... and there you go a staff identical to rago's. also with the cheap price of mods at the mo you can save a wee bit of gp =)
If only collector staves had the new skins (like long versions of the wands) instead of the twiggy one they currently have. |
